Carmela Nitti

Carmela has been working as a Senior Researcher at ARCO since 2014. She is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration and Management in the joint programme between the Universities of Pisa, Siena and Florence.

She has managed numerous national and international projects funded by AICS, the European Union and private organisations. Her area of specialisation and research concerns sustainability reporting, social reporting and social impact assessment, with a specific focus on Theory of Change and SROI methodology.

She also deals with social business design, market analysis for social enterprises, workplace inclusion for people with disabilities and social housing.
Carmela holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and a second-level Master’s Degree in Multidimensional Measurements of Well-being and Quality of Life.
