Fiamma Degl’Innocenti

Fiamma Degl’Innocenti has earned a bachelor’s degree in Development Economics in Florence, studied Design Thinking at the HPI School in Berlin, and obtained an MBA in Service Innovation and Design in Helsinki.

Since 2011, she has created her professional role at the intersection of social innovation, business, and design, working with both the private sector and NGOs to support entrepreneurs and communities in Bangladesh, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands. In recent years, within Philips, she served as Global Sustainability Ambassador and conducted research in various intensive care units to measure and reduce the environmental impact of hospital services.

She currently works independently as an innovation consultant and service designer on international social innovation projects, primarily concerning access to health, education, and behavioral sciences for promoting sustainable choices and lifestyles
