Antonio Giordano
Antonio Giordano is part of ARCO Grants & Tenders function. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in “Linguistic Intermediation for the European Union” from the University of Bari and a Master’s degree in “Foreign Languages for the International Cooperation” from the University of Pescara. In his previous experience, Antonio worked as European Project Manager, supporting the planning, the submission and the management of several projects funded by the European Commission. In addition, he organized, managed and lectured several training courses and mobilities funded at European level.
Thanks to this experience, Antonio focuses on strengthening ARCO’s participation in competitive funding processes within the International Development Cooperation sector. As far as the tender area is concerned, he scouts and follows up on high-potential opportunities, cultivates partnerships and networks, and supports ARCO teams with both technical and administrative aspects of tender submissions. As far as the grants area is concerned, he carries out strategic assessments to identify funding opportunities that align with ARCO’s thematic priorities and areas of expertise. By actively engaging in networking activities, he strengthens relationships with donors and potential partners and supports well-coordinated proposal development in close collaboration with project teams.
